What type of electrical works do you carry out?We are able to carryout any electrical works needed that have been found during a test and are causing your report to fail. Typical works include Consumer unit replacements Replacement of light fittings and socket outlets Installing main earth bonding cables to water and gas supplies Rewiring circuits or whole properties Installing mains wired fire detection General fault finding and repairs

If you carry out any electrical works or repairs do you charge for a new certificate afterwards?No If we have carried out the electrical works for you after an initial electrical test, we would NOT charge you to provide any electrical certificates afterwards. All costs for any electrical works we provide are fully itemised and transparent with no extra costs or charges!

If an electrical report fails a test can I use anyone else to carry out the electrical works?Yes When we carry out an electrical test we provide full detailed information about any issues found that cause the report to fail. Any qualified and registered electrician can carry out the electrical works for you. Once carried out the electrician will provide an installation certificate for the works they have carried out. When combined with the report we have carried out for you, will prove that the property is safe and compliant.
