We are more than happy to pay you the customer a commission on any works that we carry out for you. Let us know either the percentage of commission you require or the fixed amount for each job. We will factor this into any works that we carry out for you. We appreciate the work that you send to us and are happy to pay a commission to you!

Yes, we offer a 12 month warranty on any work that we carry out for you or your landlords. If there is an issue with an item not working i.e. light fitting or heater that we have worked on or replaced, we will attend to the property and repair or replace the item free of charge. No costs involved to yourself or your landlord

Our main difference is in our service to you! We do not carry out installation works for builders or other contractors, so wont disappear or go quiet at certain “busy” times of the year as many contractors do. We have fixed prices on all works that we carry out A set price for an EICR for a property upto 4 bedrooms in size is £99 + VAT Electrical callouts (fixing issues with no power etc) are £69 + Materials + VAT We have a full price list for all electrical repairs (consumer unit replacements etc), please contact us and we can provide this for you

By having a very efficient and streamlined process, we are able to guarantee that any workorder you send to us, we will: contact the tenant via email, phone call or text message update you on the outcome of the contact, if the job is booked in or if we need to follow up with the tenant. Within a maximum of 3 hours you will know when the job is going to be carried out If the job has been confirmed with the tenant or that they have been contacted and will be followed up again to confirm the appointment. We use a helpdesk ticketing system and monitor each job that comes in. If the job has not been responded to within 2 hours, it will be escalated to a manager in our office so we can keep to the 3 hour limit In reality you will receive updates on all jobs well before the 3 hour limit, typically within 1 hour or less

Yes, we understand that you may well have electricians you use regularly and have done for some time. Electricians and trades in general often have busy and quiet times, usually due to carrying out larger installation works for builders and other contractors alongside maintenance work for agents. We are more than happy to just help when your existing contractors are busy Just let us know what needs doing and we will help when you need us. For emergency issues, we often carry out video calls with tenants and can very quickly turn an urgent issue into a not so urgent one, free of charge too!

Yes, we are a full NICEIC approved contractor. We have been registered with the NICEIC since 2005, when ETI first started over 20 years ago now. We are assessed annually for our work as a company with the NICEIC We also have regular internal engineer assessments for all works carried out by each of our staff. Every job is checked for accuracy upon completion and each ETI engineer has a assessment carried out by a team leader every month and quarter, to ensure everyone is carrying out all works to the same high standards
